A tribute to the Crow Nation and their traditional women's garment made of red wool.
The text around the garment reads: She wore the red dress, hand made of wool and adorned with the eye teeth of elk. Her husband was a great hunter.
This is a limited edition woodcut print on Okawara paper. I made it specifically for the Coors Western Exhibition of 2022. There are several prints still available from this edition. Size is 30 hX24w, sold unframed. Hand packed in a shipping tube and shipped from my studio in Delta, Colorado.
